2015-2016 Upper School Class Representatives Announced

2015-2016 Upper School Class Representatives Announced

On Wednesday, May 20, the Upper School gathered with their respective grades to elect next year’s Class Representatives.

Six 11th graders ran for three positions as Class Representatives. Since there was a tie for the third position, there was a runoff election that stretched the election an extra day.

“I hope that [the] reps help [the] grade achieve a memorable and exciting senior year,” Esmeralda Muñoz said.

The 10th grade had over six students running for the positions.

“It’s a real testament to the class of 2017’s enthusiasm and involvement,” Class of 2017 Dean Jacob London said.

Ten ninth grade students ran for the positions, seven of the ten students being new to Archer this year.

“It’s wonderful that new students already feel so welcome and supported that they’re excited to jump into leadership roles. I’m also so glad that returning members are eager to get or stay involved,” Class of 2018 Dean Jenn Babin said.
