Zootopia is not your average animated movie.

Disney’s “Zootopia” is a thoroughly enjoyable movie for all ages and simultaneously promotes positive messages. The movie delivers an intriguing plot; the story of a little bunny taking on a big world.

The movie is directed by Byron Howard, Rich Moore and Jared Bush. Singer Shakira is also featured in the movie and sings a song called “Try Everything.”

Disney released”Zootopia” on March 3, 2016 and has since surpassed $800 million in sales worldwide, according to Inside the Magic

The movie is about a bunny named Judy Hopps, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, who grows up in a family of carrot farming bunnies in a small town. She has no hope of ever being anything but a carrot farmer herself, yet dreams of becoming a police officer. Hopps eventually achieves her dream and travels to the big city of Zootopia to become a police officer.

Hopps arrives in Zootopia eager and excited, only to be put down by everyone for being a little bunny. Even when being made fun of, Hopps always keeps trying to be her best self.

Hopps meets a fox named Nick Wilde, a former criminal. They quickly become friends and work together to solve a mystery. Wilde is voiced by Jason Bateman.

This movie is truly spectacular. It truly deserves five out of five stars in every single category because of the extreme overall quality of the movie.

Zootopia sends children positive messages on how to be a good person. It teaches children to not believe stereotypes— not to judge anyone and to help a friend when they need it most.

The movie has become very popular very quickly amongst young children, teenagers and adults. It has a positive and upbeat story line while touching on problems in the world and learning from mistakes at the same time.

Zootopia also has outstanding technical quality and acting throughout the entire movie.

According to IMDb, Zootopia is rated PG “for some thematic elements, rude humor and action.”
