$Gemma Oliver, eighth grade math teacher and seventh \grade Dean of Community, Culture and Belonging, instructs her students during a warm-up activity. She has been a math teacher at Archer for six years, and she became the seventh grade dean this year. She said she has always had a passion for math, and when she came to Archer, she fell in love with teaching the subject.$
