Set, Hike: Super Bowl LI by the Numbers

A year of preparation has come down to this: 60 minutes, 92 players and one trophy.

The Super Bowl has become a cultural event in most American households, raking in hundred of thousands of viewers each year.

This year’s match-up is between the Atlanta Falcons, led by quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receiver Julio Jones, and the New England Patriots, led by quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Julian Edelman. Lady Gaga is set to perform in the halftime show.

Here are some numbers every viewer should know, whether it’s their first time watching or their 51st.
