Recipe: The Grand Pancake

Pancakes are a fabulous breakfast food because they always taste great, whether plain or made in interesting flavors and toppings. However, the Grand Pancake is the best of all the pancake combinations: it is layered with more delicious fresh fruits, toppings and flavor than the average pancake.
To make Grand Pancakes, use regular batter with added cinnamon and vanilla. When the pancakes are still hot, top them with fresh berries and whipped cream. You can even drizzle on a little bit of chocolate. After making your pancakes, dig in and enjoy! These pancakes will be the perfect morning treat.

Ingredients for pancakes:
- Pancake mix (use about 1 cup, and follow directions on back)
- 2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoons of vanilla
Ingredients for topping:
- Fresh berries
- Whipped cream
- Melted Chocolate
- Make the pancake mix or batter as per the instructions.
- Add in the cinnamon and vanilla and stir well.
- Cook normally.
- Add toppings as desired.
