Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese therapy tool used to depuff the skin, supporting lymphatic drainage. While rose quartz is connected to the heart chakra and contains properties of self-love, if you are looking to treat stress or anxiety and bring a sense of calm to your mind, the Skin Gym jade gua sha is a fabulous alternative.

Josh Rosebrook
HYDRATING ACCELERATOR FACIAL MIST
US $22
The secret to dewy skin: this hydrating elixir from Josh Rosebrook. It is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and relies on the power of plant-based antioxidants to support healthy skin function. As a fan of the mid-day mist, I highly encourage a facial spray to restore hydration and give the extra radiance boost you didn’t know you needed.
Peet Rivko
US $24
How an outdoorsy water bottle designed for scientists become fashions next big thing is beyond me. The trauma over Arrow Week is not something I look to relive. I’m all for the glass water bottles, Soma is a great brand, and I find that a nice water bottle encourages me to actually drink the water. If the Nalgene is your gateway to a hydrated lifestyle, I’m here for it.
Trauma and all, this water bottle is a moment. Here are a few other options, if you are not feeling the Peet Rivko: Glossier’s Hydration Station, Sandy Liang, F. MILLER which is unfortunately sold out, but the trend is real, so hope on the recyclable bandwagon.
Crown Affair
US $25
I have a lifelong goal of implementing more silks and satins into my wardrobe, so we are starting easy and attempting not to break the bank, with the Crown Affair’s silk scrunchies. Pulling back your hair without compromising the pattern, these scrunchies are the answer to all of your breakage problems.
Olio E Osso
US $28
Unleash the divine with this lip and cheek duo of your dreams. Seductive shades, my favorite being spring and bronze, with a fabulous formula that covers your skin in a veil of lightweight color. The hydrating texture combined with its sheer pigment produces a gorgeous dewy effect that you can’t mess up. (But who actively wants to use powder products?)
Mutha
US $35
Mutha’s body products are an investment, but if you treat yourself to anything this year, make it the body oil and body butter. After a decade of baths and my mamacita never letting me go to sleep without a full body lotion, this is the one oil I can’t go without. If you already love body oils, welcome to the club, and if you’re committed to a lotion or body balm, their formula is to die for.
Machete
MIDI HEIRLOOM CLAW IN STROMANTHE
US $35
These claw clips have no right to make me this happy, so naturally, I own one in every color.
Fur
US $46
Safe for your most sensitive areas: a blend of lightweight oils that gently softens hair and clears pores for healthier skin.
Skims
US $48
Kim Kardashian’s cozy collection, my favorite being the pullover and matching bottoms, has officially transcended the loungewear category. A perfect set for another season spent inside.
Sarah Chloe
US $48
A meaningful reminder to love yourself.
