S4E5 – The Scoop on student journalist Avital Sojcher’s experience with censorship

In this episode of The Scoop, Senior Reporter Melinda Wang (‘26) interviewed student journalist Avital Sojcher and Senior Legal Counsel Mike Hiestand about the effects of censoring student media at private schools. Sojcher reflected on her own experience with censorship and how it has impacted her views on student journalism.
