These quotes give you a peek into Dolly Aldertons chaotic world and brilliant mind through her memoir, Everything I Know About Parties, Dates, Friends, Jobs, Life, Love. As my first memoir, I enjoyed witnessing the highs and lows of her lifetime, which lead to my subsequent existential crisis.

The candy aisle of a Target store represents the abundance of choices people have in our society on a day-to-day level, which can ultimately lead to decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is when you make poorer decisions due the exhaustion that comes from making a lot of previous decisions; I suggest combating it by decreasing the number of decisions you make per day, which leaves more mental energy for important choices.

This is the table set up at Haidilao Hot Pot that my extended family and I had when we went for dinner. We ordered many items, including egg noodles, spinach, corn, fried bean curd rolls and chicken fried rice. I highly recommend this restaurant for a unique dining experience that exposes you to a part of Chinese culture.

I know everyone has different comfort levels with sexual health topics, so you might want to skip this one if it is not right for you, or give it a listen with a parent, guardian or trusted adult. I’m 16 and have served on Teen Source’s California Sexual Education Youth Advisory Board, am a leading ambassador with the YHES4Condoms Campaign, and work for the Sexual Education Company, TeenSource. I aim to provide listeners with information that comes from well-researched and informed data, but I’m not a doctor, and you should always consult a professional if you are seeking medical advice. This episode should not replace any conversation with a doctor.
