As the clock strikes 3 p.m., the Archer community gathers in the courtyard to watch the Fountain Jump. The Fountain Jump is an annual senior tradition that involves the graduating class jumping into the Eastern Star Fountain, located in the center of the courtyard. Seniors brought water guns into the fountain and sprayed fellow seniors and spectating students with water. The jump is one of the events of senior week and marks the culmination of the senior class’ time at Archer. This year, the jump fell on Wednesday, May 20.
