In this episode of The Student Body, Pasha Selig (’27) and Emmy Rapp (’27) break down what 75 Hard is, how people are using it as a countdown to big events and why their own 30-day version didn’t prove reliable or beneficial within a student schedule. They explore the clear line between healthy, sustainable habits and toxic, unsustainable ones, and share what balance really looks like for student mental and physical health.
