She holds “Eve: How the Female Body Drove 200 Million Years of Human Evolution” to further dress the part. Sandoval said the social media trend of the performative male — someone who appeals to women by insincerely dressing and behaving a certain way —gave her inspiration for the outfit. “I had all these things in my closet already, so this was a pretty easy one for me to do — pretty successful,” Sandoval said. “I think it’s a really fun time with this week of free dress — you can get really into it.”

The Archer community dressed on theme from Feb. 23–27 for Spirit Week. Each day’s theme was paired with activities in the main courtyard for the opportunity to win spirit points. On Monday Feb. 23 students and faculty wore pajamas. Activities included watching a movie, guessing the cereal blindfolded and finishing the lullaby. Students participated in a TikTok Dance Challenge and pop culture trivia, drew labubus and made friendship bracelets on Trendy Tuesday. Wild West vs West Coast Wednesday included line dancing and hobby horse racing. On Thursday, students dressed as celebrities and wrote raps, participated in a fashion show and took pictures in a red carpet photobooth. On Friday, each grade dressed as a different family member, some being senior citizens, soccer moms, frat brothers or grill dads. During lunch, each grade competed in the Spirit Week dance performances. The seniors won first place, the seventh graders came in second and the eighth and ninth graders tied for third.
