BREAKING: 2026-2027 Student Council Executive Board results announced

The current and rising upper school students have voted: Archer’s student body president for the 2026-2027 school year will be Sloane Fitzgibbon (’27).

Next year’s Executive Board will be comprised of Milan Earl (’27), Kylie Tan (’27) and Autumn Walker (’27).

The board members will work alongside Fitzgibbon to run the Student Council next school year.

In the Zellar Student Center during upper school Mentorship and Meeting time Thursday, May 7, six candidates delivered speeches campaigning for a position on the Executive Board. The upper school listened to each speech, recorded their takeaways and voted for their favorite candidates on an online poll. Candidates have been campaigning this past week by putting posters up around campus.

Senior leaders stand in row and applaud each other. Olivia Broock (‘27) is a member of Drama Queens and has been in the process of organizing the posters for the seniors in her class. She said it feels strange to be a rising senior and to see some of her closest friends embark on a new journey. “Honestly, some of these seniors are some of my best friends,” Broock said. “Whether I've gotten a lot closer with them this year or they've been one of my really close friends since I first got here, it really doesn't feel real that they're leaving.”

Phoebe Measer joined The Oracle in 2023 and became the News Editor in 2025. She plays in indoor and beach volleyball, is an 11th grade student council representative, a member of the Athlete Leadership Council and is part of the Ambassador Leadership Team Advisory board. In her free time, Phoebe enjoys baking, hiking, spending time with family and friends and trying new foods.

Charlotte Burnap joined The Oracle in 2023, became a senior reporter in 2024 and became culture editor in 2025. At Archer, she is a member of the music leadership team, assistant director of the middle school musical and singer in the choir and Unaccompanied Minors, Archer’s a cappella group. In her free time, you can find her listening to music, walking around flea markets or hanging out with her friends.
