Students, teachers, neighbors and other community members will speak to the Los Angeles City Planning Commission on Thursday, April 23, about Archer’s campus plan. All nine members of the commission were appointed by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti. The hearing will be held at Van Nuys City Hall, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

This hearing is the second of four potential hearings. The first took place on December 8.

“If the Planning Commission decision is appealed [on April 23], there will be two more hearings for the project. The final two would be the Planning and Land Use Management hearing and the City Council hearing,” said Director of Communications Christina Albetta in an email interview.

Anyone interested in voicing their opinion on the issue can email their letters to [email protected] and address the letter to Councilman Mike Bonin.
