Guest host Charlotte Tragos (‘23) speaks about transphobia and the importance of gender-affirming medical care. Tragos’ brother, Sam, transitioned in 2020 and shares his journey. Their dad, Chris Tragos, reflects on his ongoing support of Sam. Sam’s doctor, Medical Director for The Center of Transyouth Health and Development at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital Joana Olson Kennedy, spoke about untrue and harmful narratives that dehumanize transgender kids and why gender-affirming medical care is lifesaving.
