“Outgrown” opened April 30 in the Eastern Star Gallery, featuring senior artists Simonne McDavid, Isabella Veckerelli and Elise Kim. After taking ceramics throughout all four years of high school, one of the three artists, Elise Kim, showcased several of her pieces, including bowls, a pitcher, and a teapot. She said it was difficult to choose a theme, but the seniors eventually decided on the theme of childhood to represent their careers as high school artists.
