Junior Finley Vincent has been conducting scientific research at Archer since middle school. This year in their Advanced Study Research class, they researched the uses of Epigallocatechin Gallate — a natural chemical often found in green tea and matcha — in treating cancer-causing oxidation in fruit flies. Vincent presented their findings at the STEM Symposium on Saturday, May 17.
