Junior Julissa Espinozas ceramic platter won an honorable mention in the 2022 Annual High School Ceramics Exhibition at AMOCA. Espinoza said she is very passionate about the arts and displays this love through her involvement in the Eastern Star Gallery and ceramics classes.

Japanese Breakfast performed May 11 at the Kilby Block Party Festival in Salt Lake City, Utah. Witnessing their performance live is one of my final memories of high school and stirred up a lot of bittersweet emotions.

Lola Thomas joined The Oracle as a staff reporter in 2022. She serves on the Executive Board for Advocacy and Diversity, is a member of the Ambassador Leadership Team, serves on the Black Student Union Board, participates in Choir, and is a member of the Unaccompanied Minors. In her free time, you can find her sewing, hanging out with her friends, and playing with her puppy.
