Spirit Week incorporates new, old themes during major assessment week

The candy aisle of a Target store represents the abundance of choices people have in our society on a day-to-day level, which can ultimately lead to decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is when you make poorer decisions due the exhaustion that comes from making a lot of previous decisions; I suggest combating it by decreasing the number of decisions you make per day, which leaves more mental energy for important choices.

In this picture Senior Destiny Morado is posing with her match partner sophomore Alex Martin. The amount of support we provide for each other, whether its on or off the court, trying to help somebody academically, is incredible and heartwarming, Morado said. Were always going to be there to support each other and thats definitely something that I love most about our team.
